An Increase in the Number of Employees in the Jordanian Insurance Sector in the First Half of 2025 to 3,043 Employees Compared to 2,941 in 2024

 

The total number of employees in the insurance sector in the Kingdom reached 3,043 in the first half of 2025, compared to 2,941 in 2024. This figure includes employees of both the Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF) and member insurance companies, excluding sales agents.

 

Of the total workforce in 2025, 1,932 were male employees, accounting for 63.5%, while 1,111 were female employees, representing 36.5%.

 

In comparison, during 2024, the total number of individuals employed in the Jordanian insurance sector was 2,941, compared to 2,801 in 2023. The data includes employees of the Jordan Insurance Federation and member insurance companies, excluding sales representatives.

 

In 2024, 1,903 were male employees, making up 64.7% of the workforce, and 1,039 were female employees, accounting for 35.3%.
